All items pre-order items will be delivered as per the launch date on the product page. Payment will be taken in advance so that the item is reserved for yourself.
WHERE IS MY ORDER
All orders placed online before 4pm we aim to ship the same day for next day delivery as standard. However, we do advise that delivery can take anything from 1 – 2 working days. The best way to get a status update on your order is to login into your account, alternatively if you checkout as a guest you would have received an email confirming your order and one once your order has been dispatched.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
We are apologise if you have recieved the wrong item, please contact us via email email@example.com or using the contact form and we will get back to you with a resolution within 48 hours. In these circumstance we will either provide a refund or ask if an exchange would be acceptable.
We only ship to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Europe. Delivery times will vary based on location
HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT YOUR ORDER?
We advise that you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item must be in a resalable condition and not have been used to receive a full refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
Any valid promotions can only be used on full prices items and not sale items. Promotions are continuously changing to help promote all our products and colours. Once promotion is finished, we cannot guarantee that it will be active again. Any students purchasing items will be able to utilise their student discount multiple times but cannot be shared with anyone else. Student must login and checkout with their student email address.
